Existing facilities comprised a full service testing laboratory + ancillary offices and CI were invited to carry out reviews to enable the company to undertake a rolling upgrades programme – CI were responsible for all design, statutory LA Building Control + H & S approvals and co-ordinated implementation of the siteworks programme within a live “24/7” working environment, including scheduling of substantial out-of-hours working to achieve the new operational layouts across the 3 month project period.
