As part of a leading worldwide technical services group, the Company decided to create a single new HQ facility @ Dartford and CI were instructed to manage the project on their behalf – CI responsibilities included initial spaceplanning and design concepts, contractor selection and budget costings + co-ordination of siteworks to provide a new operational environment incorporating conference areas, staff utilities, selection of new furnishings and “interior branding” to reflect the worldwide corporate ID ready for the EMEA Teams to move into.
